By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Reservations and Payments
- Reservation Eligibility: To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed once you have completed the booking process and received a confirmation email from Uncle Bud's RV Park. The confirmation email will include details of your reservation.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards for online reservations. Payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processors.
- Reservation Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please refer to our Cancellation Policy outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed to the original payment method used during the reservation.
- No-Shows: If you fail to arrive without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
RV Park Policies
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Occupancy:
- Each RV space is designated for a maximum occupancy of one RV and a specified number of guests as indicated during the reservation process.
- Additional guests beyond the designated occupancy may be subject to extra charges.
Conduct and Noise:
- Please be respectful of other guests and maintain a peaceful environment.
- Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violation of park rules may result in eviction without refund.
Pets:
- Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
Damages:
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the RV park property during their stay.
Limitation of Liability
- Personal Property: Uncle Bud's RV Park is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
- Recreational Activities: Participation in recreational activities, including fishing and boating, is at your own risk. Uncle Bud's RV Park is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during these activities.

Uncle Bud's RV Park reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.
